Ingredients :
Mackerel fillet 250 gram, refined
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 orange leaf
1 lemongrass, bruised
750 ml Stock meat water
2 sp Cooking Oil
Seasoning Smooth :
2 garlic
2 grain candlenut
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cm turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
Direction :
Mix mackerel with salt and pepper, stir them till smooth. Form the circle dough as a marbles, than boil in Stock meat water till ripe and float.
Saute seasoning smooth till aromatic, so get in the stock meat water. Take the orange leaf and lemongrass, cook till the cooking spices penetrate and boil, take it.
Ready to serve.
