Iga Kuah Asam (rib sour souce)
Ingredients :
Rib cow 500 gram, boil till smooth
Kaldu (consommé) meat 750 gram
2 Asam kandis, grill
5 red onion, grill
3 garlic, grill
3 green pepper, grill
3 red pepper, grill
1/2 tsp terasi, grill
2 tsp salt
2 bay leaf
Lengkuas 1 ruas, hit
1 tsp sugar
Directions :
1. mix all Ingredients be one. Boil till seep.
2. Serve with rice.
