Sayap Ayam Bumbu Lada Hitam (detik)
Material:
12 pieces of chicken wing top (mini drumstick)
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil
Seasonings:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
30 g onion, chopped
2 teaspoons black peppercorns, crushed slightly refined
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
* Stir the chicken wings with lemon, garlic and salt until blended.
* Let stand for 30 minutes until the spices to infuse.
* Fried chicken wings in hot oil until slightly browned and a lot. Drain.
* Seasonings: Saute onion until fragrant.
* Enter pepper, oyster sauce, chili sauce and salt, stirring until boiling. Lift.
* Place the fried chicken wings in a heat resistant container.
* Sprinkle with seasonings.
* Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
* Remove and serve warm.
Serve for 4 people, Yummy :)
